Q. What is your turnaround time?
A. It depends on the size and amount of production that goes into each job, but generally for existing designs we work with a 1-3 work day turnaround, and for new designs a 3-5 work day turnaround. If you’re curious about your job, just ask us and we’d be happy to give you an exact timeframe!
Q. Can I see my project before it's delivered?
A. Yes! Our designers will send you an email so that you can check for mistakes, change designs, fonts, images, or colours used. We will make sure you are happy with your design before sending it to print.
Q. Do you provide bulk print services?
A. We do. Price breaks are per page printed and happen at 50, 100, 250, 500, 750, 1000, and 1500+ for colour prints.
Q. What file format should I provide you?
A. We work in the Adobe Suite so a PDF is usually preferred. But we can generally work with whatever you are able to provide as long as it opens in Windows.
Q. Do you design logos?
A. We can. If you are looking for a logo, or if you need us to help with a design you want printed elsewhere that we aren’t able to print in-house, we are more than happy to help. Designs are generally charged by hours spent and the amount of proofs sent.
Q. What production services do you provide?
A. Our ever-expanding production area has equipment for cutting, perforating, folding, and drilling documents. We are also able to coil-bind or saddle-stitch booklets.
Q. What is bleed?
A. A bleed is a slight overlap of the printed area beyond the edge of a printed page that is used to ensure that the printed area extends all the way to the edge of the paper.
